Musical Theatre

The STAND Musical Theatre Class focuses on giving students a foundation in performing for the stage through the production and rehearsal process of a full musical. Every student that takes the class is in the show but must audition to determine their role in the show.

Mondays
4-6 PM, Green Room Players Musical Theatre Troupe (7th-12th), Mentors: Renee Norris, Cameron Byerly, Ashley Grether & Seret Gomez Ryan

4:30-6:30 PM, K-5th Grade, Teachers: Alison Hale and Miki Hooper, Fall: The Lion King Kids Spring: revealed on October 9th

6:30-9:00 PM, 5th & Up, Fall: Shrek TYA with Hayden Casey Spring (Stand Original) with Abi Oxley Derrick

Tuesdays

4:30-6:30 PM, Middle School Production Class and Matilda Jr. with Ashley Grether. Auditions for Matilda Jr. happen in class in October.

Wednesdays

7-9:30PM Once Upon a Mattress Production with Cameron Byerly Age 18+ August-March and Adult Cabaret April- June (Auditions required)

k-2 graders can experience Musical Theatre on Thursdays 5-6PM or Saturdays 11AM-12PM
