STAND Performing Arts is excited to announce auditions for Puffs, the hilarious and heartwarming tale of the overlooked students at a certain wizarding school. We are looking for enthusiastic performers ready to bring laughter, magic, and heart to the stage!

STAND Performing Arts is excited to announce auditions for The Wizard of Oz: Youth Edition, step into the vibrant world of Oz and travel along the yellow brick road. Seeking excited and joyful performers to bring this exciting show to life!

A Christmas Story Auditions
Auditions Open for A Christmas Story!
STAND Performing Arts is excited to announce auditions for A Christmas Story: The Musical by Joseph Robinette. Music and Lyrics by Benji Pasek & Justin Paul. Based on the motion picture A Christmas Story distributed by Warner Bros. written by Jean Shepard, Leigh Brown, and Bob Clark and upon In God We Trust: All Others Pay Cash Written by Jean Shepherd. A beautiful Christmas story following a young Ralphie and his quest for a Red Ryder BB gun. Join us this Christmas for laughs, heart, and holiday cheer. We are seeking joyful, committed, and collaborative performers who are ready to dive into Christmas wonder!

Follow nine-year-old Ralphie Parker on his determined quest for the ultimate Christmas gift, a Red Ryder BB Gun. In this wonderful adaptation, join Ralphie as he navigates schoolyard bullies, an overprotective mother, a grumpy father, a quirky family, and all the unforgettable moments that have made A Christmas Story a holiday favorite for generations.
Packed with a fragile leg-lamp, a Red Ryder BB Gun, a Pink Bunny costume and so many other nostalgic moments, A Christmas Story: The Musical is the perfect holiday tradition for audiences of all ages. Join us for an evening of laughter, music, and festive fun as Ralphie discovers that the greatest Christmas memories are the ones shared with family.

STAND Performing Arts is excited to announce auditions for Stepping Out by Richard Harris, a hilarious comedy about a group of mismatched adults in a North London church hall who take weekly tap-dancing lessons from a former professional dancer, Mavis, as they prepare for a charity show. We are seeking dedicated and collaborative performers who are ready to bring this hilarious play to life!

Man of la mancha Auditions
Auditions Open for Man of La Mancha!
STAND Performing Arts is excited to announce auditions for Man of La Mancha, a Tony Award-Winning Musical by Dale Wasserman, based on Miguel de Cervantes’ Don Quixote, featuring music by Mitch Leigh and lyrics by Joe Darion. Set during the Spanish Inquisition, it tells the story of Cervantes, who, while imprisoned, stages a play-within-a-play about an idealistic Knight Don Quixote and his squire Sancho Panza. The musical celebrates imagination and idealism, exploring the line between reality and illusion through Quixote’s quest to right wrongs. We are seeking mature, committed, and collaborative performers who are ready to step into a world of, “Impossible Dreams!”

TRAVEL COMPANY Auditions
The STAND Travel Company brings together some of our most dedicated and passionate performers for opportunities that extend beyond the stage at home. This collective includes Green Room Players, STAND Jr. Players, One-Act Team, Homeschool Choir, and our Performance Crews (STAND Up, STAND Strong, and STAND OUT Select)—each offering specialized training while sharing a common goal: to represent STAND through excellence in performance, character, and community.
Students in the Travel Company have the opportunity to perform, compete, and participate in festivals, outreach events, and educational experiences both locally and out of town. From theatre festivals and UIL competitions to community outreach, school performances, and live events, each group plays a unique role in sharing the arts with a wider audience.
As ambassadors of STAND, members grow not only in their craft, but also in teamwork, leadership, and responsibility. Travel Company participants take part in fundraising efforts and contribute toward travel expenses, with opportunities for families to be involved along the way.
The STAND Travel Company is more than a collection of teams—it’s a unified community of performers committed to growth, excellence, and using their gifts to stand up, stand strong, and stand out wherever they go.
