In this introductory acting, singing and dancing class, students will begin building the core skills every young performer needs. Through age-appropriate exercises, they will learn how to use their voices clearly, express emotion with movement, and work collaboratively with others on stage. Each week emphasizes focus, confidence, and creativity, giving students a strong foundation for future theatre training while keeping learning fun and engaging.

Mondays 4:30-6:30 PM with Alison Hale
Students in grades K-5 have the opportunity to experience the joy of musical theatre while developing skills in acting, singing, dancing, and teamwork. Students will build confidence, creativity, and stage presence as they rehearse and perform a full musical production. This semester’s show will be Disney’s Aladdin Jr., where students will discover the magic of storytelling and bring the adventure of Agrabah to life on stage.
Audition preparation will happen on the first day of class. No Audition form

Students in grades 7-12 have the opportunity to develop their skills as performers while bringing a full-scale musical to life. Students will grow in acting, singing, dancing, character development, and ensemble collaboration while gaining valuable stage experience and building confidence. This year’s production will be Mean Girls: High School Version, where students will explore friendship, identity, and finding the courage to be authentically themselves through the excitement of musical theatre.

Puffs For Young Wizards

Tuesdays 6-9 PM with Lindsay Huffman
Students in grades 7-12 have the opportunity to develop their acting skills while bringing a full-length theatrical production to life in a Christ-Centered environment. Students will strengthen their character development, script analysis, stage presence, and ensemble collaboration while building confidence and creativity through the rehearsal and performance process. This semesters production will be Puffs, a hilarious and heartfelt journey through seven years at a certain school of magic, celebrating friendship, loyalty, and the power of finding where you belong.

Homeschool Musical Theatre gives students in grades K-12 the opportunity to experience the excitement of bringing a full-scale musical production to life. Students will develop skills in acting, singing, dancing, and stage performance while building confidence, teamwork, and creativity through rehearsals and performance. This semester’s production will be The Wizard of Oz, where students will journey down the yellow brick road and discover the magic of musical theatre.

This is a full curriculum course in Theatre Arts, providing a comprehensive Middle School Theatre Education. Students will learn skills, theory, and industry standards to prepare them for local auditions and create a solid foundation for high school level studies. As part of the year-long class, they will produce How to Train your Dragon JR. and have a performance role as well as participate in the technical development and execution.

Performers ages 17–30 have the opportunity to collaborate on a full-length theatrical production while refining their acting skills in a challenging and creative environment. Participants will strengthen their character development, script analysis, stage presence, and ensemble collaboration through the rehearsal and performance process. This year’s production will be Clue, a fast-paced comedy mystery where unforgettable characters, quick wit, and unexpected twists create an entertaining theatrical experience.

This advanced acting study class helps students learn and develop the tools needed to bring theatre to life. This class introduces students to advanced acting techniques used by theatre professionals. Through in-depth study and collaboration, students will learn how to develop characters, break down and analyze scripts, work effectively with scene partners, emotional authenticity on stage, script memorization, audition skills, and so much more. This class should not be missed! It is specific to high-school students, with middle school students accepted on a director’s recommendation.

In this course, students will learn the many facets of film. From American to World animated film studies. Students will gain a strong understanding and appreciation of the art form. They will learn film etiquette, production, and history. Through the many labs and screenings of approved films. Students will gain a deep understanding of the industry and the greats before them. Culminating in a mock pitch for their very own film idea.

Students will be thrust into a film production environment—learning techniques they can take with them to actual sets—nuances of audio, lighting, art direction, screenwriting, producing, and directing.
